Barbeque. Games. Entertainment. Fellowship.

These are just a few of the things that the 3rd annual PigTales Festival and barbeque cook-off will offer when cooks from across the Palmetto State convene on Manning City Park in downtown Manning on Oct. 2 and 3.

Loretta Prescott, whose husband who has competed in the past, said, "The festival was wonderful. It was the best."

Organizers are hoping that this year will be just as successful and even bigger than last year's inaugural festivities.

The annual event is held as a fundraiser for the Harvin Clarendon County Library.
